I love steak. And, when I make it at home it always comes with sherried mushrooms. Delicious!
Start with some butter and garlic in a pan. Over medium heat brown the garlic and add the mushrooms – cook those for a bit. Then add sherry cooking wine, enough to cover most of the mushrooms. Lower the heat and simmer until the wine is gone. Serve over steak. Easy, right?
